180: RYM
Hello friends!!! RYM 2026, “Farther Along”, is almost here!
I have listed some important information below.
1. We will meet at FCC G’ville on June 28 at 12:30p We will depart by 1p. NOTE: If you are scheduled to serve on that day, please serve as needed. You should have plenty of time, if you pack the night before, to grab a quick lunch and meet at FCC G'ville by 12:30.
2. We will stay at Henry Baptist Church again on our way down. It is a good idea to pack a camping mat/small inflatable mattress to sleep on for this night.
3. See Packing list Below. Please pack in one large suitcase/bag and one small backpack to help with luggage space.
4. We will return on July 3 around 6:30p. Students can be picked up at FCC G’ville on July 3 by 6:30p.
5. Most Meals are provided. Money is needed for: One night out at RYM, Snack Shack at RYM, three quick meals (Buc-cees) on the road.
This is going to be a great week of worship, fun, and community building. I cannot wait to see what God is going to do with this group.

Packing list
Lodging: The host facility, Laguna Beach Christian Retreat, does NOT provide any toiletries, linens, or towels. We will be staying in air-conditioned dorm rooms. We will have one private bathroom/shower to share for each room (i.e. not communal showers).
Food: Laguna Christian Retreat Center will be providing meals all week.

Packing list
- Bible, journal, and pen
- Swimsuit (modest swimwear required for both male & female – modest length shorts for males and modest one-piece or modest tankini females)
- Linens, towels, pillows (sleeping bag or sheets & blanket for single twin bed, bath, and/or beach towels)*
- Refillable water bottle
- Fanny pack or small bag (no backpacks allowed in large group or elective classes due to minimal space)
- Toiletries (include hand soap/etc)
- Rain jacket
- SUNSCREEN (please bring and wear)
- Sunglasses
- Hat
- Flashlight
- Spending money (book table, snack shop, gift shop, night out or RYM
- merch table)
- RYM interns and staff have a “Jersey Thursday” tradition, so if your students have a jersey and want to bring it, wear it on Thursday!
