Pillar: Summer Schedule 2023
In addition to pillar’s weekly Tuesday night gatherings, Young Adults have some fun outreach events planned this summer to grow in our relationships with each other! If you are a young adult, join us for our summer events and invite your friends!
PILLAR Becoming PILLAR’s Retreat at Dogwood Lodge
When: Fri, Jun 16 - Sat Jun 17
Who: If you're a graduating high-schooler, College Student, or Young Adult in your twenties, we invite you to PILLAR’s first annual “Becoming PILLAR’s” Retreat where we get together to grow in relationship, and learn what it looks like for us to BE the church!!!

We will leave FCC Greeneville Campus at 10a on Friday June 16th and make our way to a short hike, and Dogwood Lodge in Chattanooga TN after that (3 hour drive). We’ll be there until we leave at around 8p on Saturday June 17th and head back to FCCG!
Cost: 50$ - covers your food, lodging, AND transportation costs (plus a bonus in a t-shirt)!

Steeles Pool Party
When: Sat, Jul 1: at 7p!
What: From Melody's Mouth - “It’s going to be bright and beautiful and a lot of fun and people are going to be so happy! You can see our beautiful view! Porch sitting! That’s the other thing you can do! They can look at our beautiful view, swim in our amazing pool, and hug our wonderful dog who is our host. Texas really will be the main attraction.I feel like a place like my house where you can see the beautiful mountains and the fields – it really is a beautiful place where you can just marvel at God’s creation. Our lovely hosts – my parents – they’re very hospitable. They love people!”

When you drive in, it’s not the little green house, but the big white one to the left.
Nothing inside (besides bathroom). Everything outside!
Who: Any Young Adults. Invite Friends!

- A modest swimsuit. (This usually means more coverage, not less.)
- A snack of some sort to share! (Melody may coordinate some of this!)
Selah Farm Outing
When: Fri, Jul 14, 6:30p
What: We will have volleyball, spikeball, hiking, hatchet throwing, knife throwing, and archery. We will also provide hamburgers, bratz, hotdogs, water, veggie and dip, potato salad and chips.
If someone wants to bring something to eat feel free to bring whatever you want. We will also have a bonfire, if anyone wants to bring stuff for s’mores!
Where: 910 Babbs Mill Rd. Afton Tn 37616.
Parking is available near the barn.
We will provide rides to the back of the property, or people can walk.

ALL Young Adults are welcome! The goal of this is to encourage our team in what they’re doing, tell the story of what they’ve accomplished, and move us to action for the coming year! If you have EVER served at PILLAR, this event is to celebrate YOU and the work God has accomplished through YOUR everyday boring faithfulness! Additionally, if you don’t serve, this is also for YOU! Come see what God is doing, and consider how you can be a part of Helping Young Adults Find and Follow Jesus!
When: Sun, Aug 13 @3-5p.
