Launch/Relaunch Team Meeting # 2, Sep 18, 2022

When: Sunday, Sep 18, 2022, 6-7p

Where: Afton Campus, 365 Ripley Island Road, Tusculum, TN 37616

Who:

all Launch and Relaunch teams
anyone who has committed to a specific campus
anyone still deciding at which campus to commit
childcare provided through preschool (0-5 yrs)

Why: To prepare our hearts, minds, and hands for what God has for us in our next phase of growth as a multisite church!

We will:

gather together, all-church style, for the first 10 minutes to pray and be reminded of our big picture vision and strategy and to reiterate a few ongoing tweaks that help us as we go to 3 campuses.
separate into campuses that will meet together for 40 minutes to dive into details about upcoming plans, serving gaps, ongoing promotion, inviting family and friends, answer questions, and pray.
gather together again, for the last 10 minutes, to wrap up, pray, sing, and dismiss!

Sun, Sept 11 – “Shock & Awe” Promo Campaign Begins (billboards, yard signs, t-shirts, and stickers) – Our goal is to coordinate an all-at-once saturation of our #ForGreene promo that cannot be missed throughout Greene County! So, since the billboards will begin Mon, Sep 12, we want everyone—on Sun-Mon, Sep 11-12—to put out FCC yard signs, car stickers (bottom left of back window, preferably), and to begin wearing our t-shirts around town.

Nov – All-Church Vision Banquet – Location/Dates/Times TBA – The plan is to begin having an annual all-church banquet where we celebrate the work of God in the past year, give updates on finances, multisite, staffing, and ministry, lay out the vision, budget, and ministry plans for the next year, and pray and plan for God to guide us!
