Students: Winter Retreat - Feb 17-18, 2023

Join us for an exciting weekend retreat for our 6th-12th graders at Long View Ranch. The weekend will consist of great food provided by Long View, some exciting games, awesome worship, and lots of time with friends and small group leaders. We will talk about having a courageous faith, even when it is difficult. We will be studying the life of Joshua and the courage that he showed.

When: Feb 17-18, 2023 (See schedule below)

Cost:

$150 per student (scholarships are available)
$75 for small group leaders.

Bible and pens/pencils for notes
Clothing:
Casual clothes for the weekend.
Clothes for outdoor games (might get dirty).
Sleepwear
Jacket, gloves, hat (we’ll be outside at times in the evenings)
Extra pair of shoes in case one gets muddy
Bedding (Sheets for a twin bed and blanket OR sleeping bag, and a pillow)
Towels for showering (washcloth if desired)
Toiletries (Soap, Shampoo, Deodorant, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, etc.)
Prescription medications (if needed and must be checked in with Small group leader before departure)
Flashlight

What NOT to bring:

Any item that might be harmful to you or others (Meds that are not turned into the group leader, weapons, lighters, fireworks, pocket knives, drugs, etc.)
Electronics of any kind (This weekend is intended to be a time of getting away from distractions. You may have your phone, but will be subject to confiscation if used inappropriately or if it becomes a distraction)
Clothes with offensive messages or words printed on them.
