Elder/Executive Director
Carl and his wife, Christa, have been attending FCC since 2017. They have two grown sons, a wonderful daughter-in-law, and one granddaughter—so far!
Carl spent nearly three decades at Artazn, a local metals manufacturing company, where he served much of his career as Vice President of Operations. In 2026, he joined the FCC staff as Executive Director of Operations after serving six years as an Elder.
Carl and Christa attend the Afton Campus, where Carl can often be found with a clipboard in hand, coordinating plans as a Guest Services Leader, while Christa serves on both the Worship and Care Teams. Together, they lead a Life Group and are Coaches for Merge, FCC’s premarital ministry.
When he’s not at church, Carl enjoys basketball, pickleball, home improvement projects, and finding any opportunity to show off pictures of his granddaughter.
